Batulicin Enam Sembilan Group currently oversees subsidiary companies operating across various business sectors, including mining, coal terminals, dedicated coal ports, hauling road management, underpass development, mining transportation, heavy equipment rental, shipping fleets, plantations, agriculture, property, mass media, bottled water products, and aviation.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:
\nHandle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
\nCoordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
\nMaintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, test results, and recruitment reports.
\nEnsure recruitment procedures are aligned with company policies and timelines.
\nCollaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
\nQualifications:
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
\nMin. 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
\nFamiliar with interview techniques, psychological assessments, and recruitment tools.
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
\nWilling to support recruitment for both head office and field\/site locations if needed.<\/p>\n
