Recruitment Officer

Batulicin Enam Sembilan Group currently oversees subsidiary companies operating across various business sectors, including mining, coal terminals, dedicated coal ports, hauling road management, underpass development, mining transportation, heavy equipment rental, shipping fleets, plantations, agriculture, property, mass media, bottled water products, and aviation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, test results, and recruitment reports.
Ensure recruitment procedures are aligned with company policies and timelines.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
Min. 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiar with interview techniques, psychological assessments, and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to support recruitment for both head office and field/site locations if needed.
