PT Batulicin Enam Sembilan, started as a family business pioneered by Mr. Alamarhum Haji Maming, along with his son, Mr. Mardani H Maming, with the name of a limited company, namely CV. Bina Usaha which was established on March 18, 2003, which pioneered the mining business, heavy equipment rental services, transportation and management of coal terminals and ice factories for the needs of local fishermen.

Cv. Business Development continues to progress. In 2005, this company received a permit for Coal Exploitation Mining, and in 2007 CV. Bina Usaha also obtained a permit for the Mining Exploitation of Iron Ore.

To accommodate the rapidly advancing business development, on May 23, 2011, CV. Bina Usaha upgraded to PT. Bina Batulicin Usaha, led by Mr. Rois Sunandar Maming, SE.

PT. Bina Batulicin Usaha has also made significant progress with the expansion and mining of its business fields. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to separate each business sector but still be integrated.
