PT Batulicin Enam Sembilan – BACASAJA.ID – Many scholars from the Arabian peninsula, such as from Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the United Emirates, have visited Indonesia to learn how to develop an Islam that is wasathiyah, tolerant, and rahmatan lil'alamin.

Regarding this, the General Chairperson of the Central Executive Board of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (BPP HIPMI) Mardani H Maming revealed that most of the Indonesian ulama have classical works which can be a source of moderate Islam.

“Maybe this is one of the recipes. "We have many ulama from remote areas who are dedicated to diversity," Mardani was quoted as saying via his Instagram account, Monday (7/2/2022).

Because of that, continued Mardani, every time he visited the area, he almost always made time to visit the Islamic boarding school so he could meet the ulama and students.

"In order to absorb knowledge and life lessons from them," he added.

Last Friday (4/2/2022), for example, Mardani held a visit to the Babussalam Islamic Boarding School, led by Sheikh Haji Ismail Royyan.

Sheikh Haji Ismail Royyan is one of the most respected scholars in the Riau Islands. Apart from that, he is also an entrepreneur who once served as Chairman of BPD HIPMI Kepri.

"I came to learn, not teach, to pay my respects and pray that he will always be healthy. "Greetings, Warrior Entrepreneurs, Warrior Entrepreneurs," emphasized Mardani.
